Golf Virtual Scorecard Privacy Policy

Golf Virtual Scorecard is an iPhone app from Rosenbergs LLC. Your scorecards are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to Rosenbergs LLC servers. No account is required.

• The app stores player names or nicknames you enter, strokes for each hole, hole pars, current round progress, saved round dates, and your appearance preference on your device.
• Rosenbergs LLC does not collect your scorecards through the app. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, or request access to your location or contacts.
• If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message.

• On-device data is used to display scores, calculate totals and scoring highlights, save rounds, and remember your preferences.
• When you choose to share results, the app prepares a message containing player names, total scores, and scoring highlights. You choose the recipients and whether to send it.
• Information you send to support is used to respond to your request.

• Optional sharing uses the iOS message composer or system share sheet. Apple, your mobile carrier, or another service you select processes messages according to its own privacy practices. The app does not send messages automatically.
• Device backups may include locally stored app data, depending on your Apple or computer backup settings. Rosenbergs LLC does not operate a cloud backup or sync service for this app.
• The app does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services.

Rosenbergs LLC does not sell your data or upload your scorecards. When you send results, the selected recipients and messaging service receive the content you share. You can review or cancel the message before sending. Deleting a round in the app does not remove copies already sent to others.

Current and saved scorecards remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app. You can delete saved rounds within the app. Copies in device backups or sent messages are managed separately through those services. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations; contact us to request its deletion.

• Use default player labels or nicknames instead of real names.
• Edit scores and pars, remove players, or delete saved rounds within the app.
• Choose whether to share results and who receives them; cancel the composer to leave without sending.
• Delete the app to remove its local data, and manage any device backups separately.
• Contact us with privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence. We cannot access or delete scorecards stored only on your device.
